What does LITC do?
Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) provides free legal assistance to qualified low-income taxpayers regarding Federal (IRS) tax disputes. LITC is not a tax preparation service.
Please Note: Tax disputes of more than $50,000 in a single tax year may not be accepted.
